LP4Y Alliance is an international network of 15 local organizations dedicated to the professional and social integration of excluded young adults (aged 17-24) living in extreme poverty. The Alliance currently operates in 11 different countries.

MISSION

Bear on the organization of events (preparation of training initially training to return, former volunteers meetings)

LAUNCH LIFE PROJECT 4 Youth Lab in France

The LP4Y Lab project, in France, is organized around 3 missions:

• Talents: recruitment, training, sending volunteers on mission Inclusion abroad
• Strengthening: training of trainers specializing in the professional inclusion of young people at risk
• Incubator of innovative entrepreneurial projects with a strong impact on the inclusion of young people

A permanent team on site is working on the 3 components of the project. Your mission will be to support the team as needed. In concrete terms, your missions will be:

RH :

• Support the various recruitment stages (follow-up of preselections, interviews, support for the drafting of contracts),

Strengthening :

• Support to the organization and logistics of training of trainers events,
• Work on budgets / projects,

Project incubator:

• Participation in appointments with the different partners,
• Writing reports of appointments,
• Development of projects related to the team,

Communication and events :

• Taking pictures and videos of events, projects, meetings, in connection with the LP4Y communication team,
• Come to support the LP4Y Paris team on the organization of general meetings that take place twice a year
• Come to support the LP4Y team on the organization of LP4Y’s 10th anniversary celebration, taking place in Paris in October 2019.

This project will greatly contribute to the development of your professional skills.

Strong motivation essential.

Part of the mission will be in English because it is the main language used by LP4Y teams.

Possibility of being housed in the LP4Y Lab in the Paris suburbs.
