SIF recruits 01 Field Coordinator Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in France. Founded in 1991, SIF is an apolitical, non-profit association (law 1901) whose aim is to support and protect the victims of natural disasters, armed conflicts or economic crises. SIF is active in more than 30 countries around the world, deploying emergency, post-emergency and development programs. SIF has been implementing multisector projects for more than 25 years in respect of cultural diversity, without any distinction of origin, religion or gender. SIF’s activities in Yemen began with an exploratory mission at the end of the year 2018. SIF is nowdeploying one-off and timely interventions as well as seasonal projects, including during Ramadan. SIF is committed to establishing a national Office in the country as well as to strengthening and broadening its activities in compliance with its multisector expertise. Mission : In this context, SIF Field Coordinator for Yemen Mission will: Coordinate the implementation of projects as well as the proper functioning of support services in his/her intervention zone. Propose a local strategy according to the geopolitical and humanitarian context, and ensure its implementation once validated. Coordinate and evaluate the current partnerships and be responsible for the development of new partnerships. Ensure that projects are implemented in compliance with SIF values and ethics, respecting all internal and contractual procedures. Mobilize both material and financial resources necessary for programs to run smoothly.

Expériences / Formation du candidat	Minimum 3 years of previous experience in humanitarian work, including previous experiences as Field-Coordinator, Program Manager, or Technical Manager (WASH, Child Protection); Experience with working in partnership with local NGOs, and their capacity building; Successful experience in managing multi-sector programs especially WASH and Child Protection; Ability to understand the cultural and political environment and to work well with partners including local authorities; Excellent diplomatic and interpersonal communication skills. Capacity in managing a multi-technical and multi-ethnic team; Capacity to act with diplomacy & proven liaison and negotiation skills; Extensive knowledge and experience with project cycle management (including reporting and proposal writing); Knowledge and understanding of project management tools (Logical framework analysis, project cycle management, objectives and indicators…); Excellent written and spoken English; An understanding of commitment to SIF mission and values.
