Early Grant Information for NGOs
PAS Lilongwe invites proposals for programs that strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and Malawi through cultural and exchange programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation between the people of the two countries.
All programs must include an American cultural element, or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.

Climate Fund to alleviate energy poverty in Developing Countries

Funding Information
Total Program Amount: US$60,000
Minimum Award Amount: US $1,000 per project
Maximum Award Amount: US $20,000 per project
Eligibility Criteria
PAS encourages applications from organizations located in Malawi, the U.S., or abroad:
Registered not-for-profit organizations
Civil society/non-governmental organizations with at least two years of programming experience
Educational institutions
For-profit or commercial entities are not eligible to apply.
