This is a permanent CARE Business Partner – Reefer role responsible for owning and managing the customer experience of their assigned customers in the Reefer industry. This includes proactively monitoring and managing the end-to-end shipment cycle in compliance with the company procedures, ensuring that the cargo is transported as per the transport plan promised to the customer or keeping customers informed of relevant deviations.

We are looking for

Someone with the following:

• Experience in customer service;

• Good command of written and spoken English;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• A change agent, always ready to bring new ideas, try new initiatives;

• Able to work independently and also as part of a team;

• Exhibit professionalism and friendliness;

• Experience in reefer, shipping or the fruit industry is an advantage.
