On Demand Service known as Jumia Food Senegal is looking for a Head of Commercial with a very good knowledge of the gastronomic scene in Dakar.

Mains Responsabilities
• Develop restaurants po rtfolio
• Responsible for the commercial performance of the Jumia Food activity
• Team management Key Account manager
• Sales KPI manager: number of orders, automation, profitability, sales experience, customer experience.
• Fast PAced Environment
• Management of account/acquisition management teams
• Reporting of the activity to the general management
• Others Relations tasks

A Successful Candidate Will Fulfil The Following Requirements

• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations
• Structured and organized
• Very good analytical skills: Have an understanding of budgets and business planning.
• Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce.com would be a plus)
• Resistant to stress
• Great ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
• Flawless English communication
• Overall, we expect a true leader.

Expected Background And Technical Skills

• Experience minimum 5 years B2B sales experience
Business Schools & Universities
• Proficiency in MS Office and google tools
• Familiar with relationship management tools
