Potential Grant Recipients (non-exclusive): Social Service Providers, Health Providers, Health Support Organizations, and Economic Development Support Organizations.

This RFP is only open to 501(c) 3 nonprofit organizations that are registered with the State of Oklahoma. Applicants must have local resources to deliver services to Tulsans.
Evaluation Process
Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: project impact, fiscal and performance accountability and organizational qualifications and experience.
Final award determinations will be made by the City Council and Mayor.
