Our client with mining operations and projects in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team, based out of their Gauteng office.
Drawing up procurement documentation using GCC, NEC, FIDIC or JBCC conditions of contract.
Assist in commercial aspects of tender evaluations.
Maintaining database of contract’s information.
Compiling and processing monthly payment certificates.
Managing and submitting monthly project costs reports.
Drawing up yearly procurement operational plans.
Facilitating and managing change management on awarded contracts and tracking reports.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Contract Management or Financial Degree or Diploma.
10 years previous experience in contract administration for both operating mines and mining project environments.
Well-versed in FIDIC, GCC, NEC and JBCC conditions of contract.
Computer literate on Pastel.
Registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professionals (SACPCMP) advantageous.
Experience working with diverse, multi-cultural teams.
