Job Description:

Opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to develop, roll out and drive Business Improvement Processes

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the development of BU Strategic Plans, leading into the formulation of the budget plan.

Driving BU and Departmental strategies and targets

Build Business Intelligence to enable process changes toward supporting the overall enhancement of business operations

Create and maintain a positive business climate and a high-performance culture, by implementing Business Improvement principles and practices

Create and maintain reporting system for Improvement Projects

Estimate annual financial requirements and prepare annual budgets

Manage training activities in the department

Set objectives and targets for staff members

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Engineering / Mining / Metallurgy Degree.

10 years’ experience in a Mining environment.

In depth knowledge of the business processes

Working knowledge of relational databases and how they are manipulated

Good understanding of business drivers and service standards

Proactive approach to service improvement

Base Metal experience
